Termination of plusCARE™

What happens when you quit plusCARE™?

After cancellation of plusCARE™ your SYMplus™ is still executable.

Telephone support is no longer possible. However, you can still get help by e-mail to support@cnc-keller.de.

If SYMplus™ is licensed with you via CmWAN, it will be converted to a procedure via dongle.

The SYMplus™ teacher licenses are linked to plusCARE™ and must be deactivated.

The SYMplus™ homework licenses are linked to plusCARE™ and must be deactivated.

Updates that appear after your cancellation are no longer executable. Please see the following table for the release date of our updates.

The last revision before your cancellation date is the file you can use for any installations.
